Sr. Director of Client Experience

Chip oversees client relationships and the overall client experience for the Expresso® CCM platform. He joined Nordis in 2025, bringing 20+ years of experience in national account management, team development, enterprise level sales, technology-based training, and corporate consulting.

Chip leads a team focused on delivering continuity, responsiveness and value throughout the client journey.  This helps ensure clients receive proactive support, performance insight and strategic guidance from kickoff through continual program optimization. Known for his collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, he works across teams to remove obstacles, align resources and leverage Nordis’ strengths to meet clients’ objectives and achieve their business goals.

Before joining Nordis, Chip held key leadership roles with organizations such as Hewlett-Packard, Tempur Sealy Intl, Serta Simmons Bedding, Being Valued Consulting and Koalafi Financing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in marketing and computer science from Webster University.
