Laura Shtrax

Laura Shtrax manages the Production Control Team, making sure operations run smoothly across all print, payment and digital channels to fulfill client’s delivery needs. Her team oversees all data file processing and production support for Expresso®, Nordis’ cloud-based technology platform. This omnichannel software converts Digital Communication Records™ (DCR™) into various communication formats, offering an integrated experience for all licensed users.

Previous to this role, she led a team of Client Success Managers, earning recognition for fostering long-standing client partnerships and guiding them on Nordis’ full range of products and services.

Before joining Nordis in 2018, Laura worked in client relations and business development at Postal Center International and held account executive positions at Konica Minolta, Pitney Bowes, and AT&T.
