President and COO
Nicole Miller is President and Chief Operating Officer at Nordis Technologies, where she leads all day-to-day operations with a clear focus on scaling for growth, advancing innovation, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. After joining Nordis in 2018 as Vice President of Client Services, she was promoted to COO in 2020 and assumed oversight of the CTO role in 2024. Now as President and COO Nicole provides a unique blend of operational discipline, product strategy, and people leadership to the forefront.
With deep experience in aligning process, technology, and talent, Nicole is instrumental in driving operational transformation and ensuring the infrastructure is in place to support Nordis’ continued momentum, enhancing competitive positioning and market expansion.
Prior to Nordis, Nicole served as COO of an AI startup focused on employee engagement and held key leadership roles in healthcare and fintech. She was GM of Strategy and Growth at Zoom+Care, VP of Product Management at CarePayment, and Director of Product Commercialization at Experian Healthcare, where she gained deep expertise in healthcare compliance and consumer data management.
Earlier in her career, she held operational and product leadership roles at SOE Software, WebMD, Sage, and RelayHealth Corporation—where she was known for building high-performing teams, developing scalable platforms, and championing customer-centric innovation.
