Ronnie Selinger, President
President, CEO and Founder
Ronnie is a passionate entrepreneur and leader of Nordis Technologies. His focus on clients and ability to identify and deliver opportunities for dramatically improving customer communications and payments management has been instrumental in driving rapid growth at the family-owned company.
Today’s company grew out of Ronnie’s first entrepreneurial venture more than 25 years ago, when he and a partner created a fundraising organization that delivered more than $50 million to schools and youth groups throughout America. He later sold the fundraising arm to specialize in marketing, direct marketing, and lettershop services.
Ronnie’s drive to improve internal productivity and efficiency led to the development of Expresso, a cloud-based technology platform used to create, manage and fulfill print/mail and digital communications. Its immediate and profound impact on the business led to making Expresso available directly to Nordis clients to manage their increasingly complex customer communication work flows. Since launching in 2007, Expresso has transformed how Nordis does business while expanding to include payments and election services solutions.
Ronnie is closely involved in the company’s day-to-day operations and business development. He remains committed to his business philosophy: build long-term relationships, provide exceptional service and become an extension of his clients’ business by employing creativity, technology, and experience.
Ronnie is a longtime member of the Direct Marketing Association, the Florida Direct Marketing Association, the America Resort Development Association, the Mailing Fulfillment Service Association, the Postal Customer Council and the Coral Springs Economic Development Board.
He’s also very active in supporting charities, including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America, the March of Dimes and the American Cancer Society.
Paul joined Nordis in 2018 as chief operating officer and chief financial officer to help capitalize on strong demand and growth opportunities for the company and its technology-enabled communications and payment solutions. He has extensive financial and operational experience building high-growth, innovative technology-based businesses.
Paul previously served as CFO of DMG Information, the U.S.-based private equity unit of London’s Daily Mail and General Trust plc. During his 20-year career at DMG, Sykes played a critical role in taking the business unit from its early stages to more than $800 million in revenue and executed more than $1 billion in acquisitions and divestitures. He also served on the board of each company in DMG’s portfolio, helping the businesses develop and implement aggressive growth strategies and operating efficiencies.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Leicester, U.K., with a bachelor of applied science in economics. He holds the professional qualifications of Chartered Accountant of England & Wales and Associate Corporate Treasurer.
Suzzi leads the information technology group, a critical role as the company builds the features and functionality of its industry-leading Expresso communications management solution and related products such as ExpressoPay.
Suzzi joined Nordis Technologies in 2015 after running a successful IT consulting company for more than 20 years. She has a wealth of experience in corporate automation planning, project management, strategic and disaster-recovery planning, system and software design, requirements generation, GAP analysis, software-implementation assistance, operations and process review.
Suzzi also is a hospitality industry expert. Her many clients have included Hilton Grand Vacations, Marriott Vacations Worldwide, Disney Vacation Club, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Welk Resort Group, Wyndham Resorts, Concord Servicing and RCI.
She chairs the American Resort Development Association Technology Committee and holds an invited seat as the technology lead on the ARDA Meetings Committee.
SVP, Sales & Client Relations
Rich leads the sales and client relations teams and is responsible for revenue growth and client retention. He’s been integral to the company’s fast growth, doubling sales since taking over the team in 2010, and playing a key role in developing new products including ExpressoPay, ExpressoVote and ExpressoArchive.
An expert in communications management, financial engagement, production execution and cost optimization, Rich uses his experience to assist customers dramatically improve their communications and payments operations and achieve key objectives.
Before joining Nordis as a sales executive in 1999, Rich managed production operations for Postal Center International in Ft. Lauderdale, where he also held positions in data processing, customer service and sales. He is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, the Community Associations Institute and the American Resort Development Association.
VP, Business Development
Bryan joined the company in 2016 to lead business development and marketing. He is focused on expanding the company’s presence in the healthcare and financial services markets while extending its leadership in the hospitality sector.
Bryan spent more than 21 years at Interval International (Nasdaq: ILG), a leading global provider of vacation ownership services. Most recently, he served as Interval’s senior vice president of resort sales and marketing, overseeing the corporate marketing, business development and creative services departments. He also directed the sales and service teams that manage the company’s client relationships.
Bryan graduated from Northwestern University with a bachelor of science in political science and a minor in business institutions. He is a member of the American Resort Development Association.
Ira manages finance, accounting and human resources. He began his career at the company more than 16 years ago supervising operations and the production facility. He achieved early success in that job, leading to an expanded role and promotion just two years later to vice president of finance.
Prior to joining the company in 2000, Ira owned a successful food services distribution company, which he built from a startup into a $15 million organization. His extensive professional background includes experience with cost accounting, operational infrastructure, computer applications and warehouse distribution.
Ira holds a bachelor of arts in Accounting from Florida International University.
Mike oversees production operations, warehouse facility and data processing. He is a 25-year direct-mail industry veteran whose focus on streamlining production has helped the company and its clients reduce cost while increasing efficiency and output.
Prior to joining the company in 2009, Mike already had an impressive track record managing production operations, data processing, and client services departments for Access Direct Systems, Inc.; Antares-ITI; and Design Distributors, Inc.
Mike earned a bachelor of science in marketing, with a minor in management, from Colorado State University. He is a member of the Mailing Fulfillment Service Association and the Postal Customer Council.
VP, Client Services
Nicole joined the company in 2018 to lead client services and product management. She is responsible for the client journey, from new product development, implementation and delivery of technology and production services to ongoing client support and servicing. A former Nordis client, Nicole brings firsthand knowledge of Nordis solutions and more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, technology, revenue cycle management and business operations.
Prior to joining Nordis Technologies, Miller was the chief operating officer for a technology start-up that specialized in developing artificial intelligence for predicting engagement and satisfaction within customer and employee channels. She previously served as vice president for product management at CarePayment, a Nordis client, where she was responsible for overseeing the development of market-leading patient financing solutions.
She also served as director of product commercialization and product management for Experian Healthcare, where she became an expert in healthcare compliance issues. As vice president of operations for SOE Software, Miller managed client services, education services and product development. In executive positions at WebMD, Sage, and RelayHealth Corporation, she built strong teams, processes and products to support the businesses and provide leading-edge product and service capabilities.
Ms. Miller has completed organizational and business development programs at the University of Texas at Arlington and University of Florida as well as the executive leadership program through Pease Strategic Partners in Tampa, Florida.
