Unlock the Full Nordis Toolbox

Take advantage of all that’s available to you.

Most clients start with one or two pieces from the Nordis toolbox and don’t realize how much more is available to them. All of it lives on a single platform, with one dashboard, one workflow and one vendor relationship. Here’s what else you can tap into:

CCM platform: Expresso®

Everything below runs through Expresso, Nordis’ AI-enhanced customer communications management platform. Users can draft, edit and generate proofs directly, cutting a process that once took days or weeks down to real time. Documents, tracking, reporting and audit trails are visible in one place, whether a communication went out as a printed statement, email or text.

Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment: ExpressoPay®

ExpressoPay links billing and payments into one branded portal, so customers can view their statements and pay them in the same visit instead of moving between two vendors. It handles one-time payments, payment plans and automatic deductions across ACH, credit, debit and digital wallets, plus IVR for customers who’d rather call. Because it integrates with Expresso, a payment link in an email or a QR code on a paper statement can point straight to that customer’s actual bill.

One-Click payment and disbursements: ExpressoPay One-Click™

ExpressoPay One-Click makes two-way payment exchanges seamless. Consumers can make one-time or recurring payments and receive disbursements in seconds through secure, personalized payment links embedded in emails, SMS messages and digital statements. With one tap or click, consumers see their balance and choose how they want to pay or receive funds, whether by card, bank account or digital wallet.

Email services

Email through Expresso pulls from the same templates, data and business rules as printed communications, so delivering a document by email doesn’t mean rebuilding it. Options range from message-only email, to standard email with embedded links, to fully encrypted, authenticated email, depending on how sensitive the content is. If an email bounces or goes unopened, an automated workflow can generate and mail a paper copy.

Text messaging: SMS, MMS and RCS

Text messaging from Nordis, in partnership with Solutions by Text supports SMS, MMS and RCS. MMS can include a recognizable logo or document preview alongside the text, while RCS, the richer, app-like messaging standard built into native phone apps, adds a verified sender identity, interactive buttons and read receipts.

Print and mail services

Nordis draws on more than 30 years of transactional print and mail experience. Redundant facilities feature high-speed, continuous roll-fed printers with dynamic variable color and B&W capability, alongside high-speed inserters. HIPAA and SOC 2 Type II security and privacy controls are built into production. Address files pass through NCOA, CASS and Delivery Point Validation before anything mails, and commingled presort brings postage discounts along with it.

Automated return mail service

Nordis’ Return Mail Service adds a barcode and client P.O. box to each outbound piece. Undeliverable mail comes back to our processing center, where it’s scanned and sent back as a digital file of non-deliverable records, trackable on the Expresso dashboard, before the physical piece is securely destroyed. Correspondence sent to that same P.O. box is segregated and shipped to the client separately.

ACS and skip tracing

Address Change Service (ACS) captures USPS reason codes for undeliverable mail and updates records automatically rather than routing paper back to a mailroom. Skip tracing goes a step further, searching consumer databases for a new address. Together they help communications reach the right address and keep cash flow on track.

IMb tracking, inbound and outbound

Every mailed piece can carry a USPS Intelligent Mail® barcode, and Expresso tracks it in both directions. Outbound tracking shows exactly where a statement or letter sits in the mail stream. Inbound tracking extends that same visibility to lockbox payments and reply mail, so a check on its way shows up before it lands, which helps in forecasting receivables and timing remittance reminders.

Automated Certified Mail: ExpressoCertified®

Certified Mail the traditional way means green cards, a post office trip and a filing cabinet of signature receipts. ExpressoCertified automates that process. Users select Certified Mail as the delivery option, and the electronic return receipt comes back into the record on its own, no filing required, with proof of delivery archived for as long as compliance requires.

Check printing

Some consumers prefer to receive physical checks for refunds, overpayments and returned escrow. Nordis handles that production with roll-fed printing on white paper. Compared with cut-sheet printing, the process adds speed, greater color flexibility and stronger security while meeting required bank formatting and security specifications. Roll-fed prints full-color logos and variable content directly onto each check, making it especially useful for companies managing multiple client brands.
