Nordis Technologies Names Chief Information Officer

Expands Senior Leadership Team to Manage Corporate Growth

CORAL SPRINGS, FLORIDA, November 4, 2019 — Nordis Technologies, a fast-growing innovator in customer communications management (CCM) and omnichannel billing and payment solutions, has recruited Charles Grau as its chief information officer. In this role, Grau leads development of the company’s industry-leading technologies, including its flagship CCM platform Expresso® and product suite, and manages Nordis’ information technology infrastructure, support services, and IT and physical security.

Before joining Nordis, Grau was CIO for United Data Technology. He previously served as vice president of IT for AeroTurbine and held CIO-level positions at other companies. He started his career in technology consulting and outsourcing, including for EDS.

Grau has a bachelor of science and master of science in information technology from American Intercontinental University and master in business administration from Keller Graduate School for Business. He sits on advisory boards for Lenovo and Stellar. He also is Chairman of the Board and a trustee of the CIO Council of South Florida as well as a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). In 2018, Grau was named a top CIO by South Florida Business Journal.
