Jane has been on staff with Nordis for over 20 years, supporting and servicing clients with their various communication projects and programs, both inside and outside of the Expresso platform. She commenced as a traditional print/mail Account Manager just as Nordis began to build its Expresso customer communications management software, which has since transformed communications administration for so many clients. She has been a trusted advocate and advisor for both Client Experience team members and clients alike, as well as an important liaison with Nordis’ Sales and Production teams, ensuring that strict quality assurance procedures are followed.

Beginning in first quarter of 2026, as Sr. Director, OpEx Quality and Standards within Nordis’ Operational Excellence team, she will focus on optimizing business processes and delivering maximum value to Nordis’ internal and external customers through efficiency and innovation.
