Wendy Poe, a hospitality veteran, is the company’s vice president of client success. She is dedicated to making sure Nordis provides outstanding customer experiences, as well as encouraging renewals and expanded use of Expresso®, the company’s cloud-based omnichannel customer communications management platform. 

Previously, she advised B2B clients on strategy, managed services and journey mapping with North Highland Worldwide Consulting and her own firm. She previously devoted 15 years to Bluegreen Vacations, where she ultimately held the position of Chief Customer Officer delivering club experiences that significantly increased satisfaction and vacation utilization for over 250,000 club members.

A multiple winner of ARDY Gold Awards from the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), Wendy chaired ARDA’s Reputation Management Committee and served on the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation for seven years. She is a graduate of Florida State University.
