Ronnie Selinger, President/CEO
Ronnie is a passionate entrepreneur and leader of Nordis Technologies. His focus on clients and ability to identify and deliver opportunities for dramatically improving customer communications and payments management has been instrumental in driving rapid growth at the company.
Today’s company grew out of Ronnie’s first entrepreneurial venture more than 30 years ago, when he created a fundraising organization that delivered more than $50 million to schools and youth groups throughout America. He later sold the fundraising arm to specialize in marketing, direct marketing, and lettershop services.
Ronnie’s drive to improve client productivity, efficiency, and success, led to the development of Expresso, a cloud-based technology platform used to create, manage, and fulfill print/mail and digital communications. What started as a solution to streamline and automate a client’s complex customer communications workflow evolved into the company’s flagship Expresso CCM (Customer Communications Management) application. Since launching in 2007, Expresso has transformed how businesses communicate and work, and has expanded to include integrated electronic bill presentment and payment solutions.
Ronnie is closely involved in the company’s day-to-day operations and business development. He remains committed to his business philosophy: build long-term relationships, provide exceptional service and become an extension of his clients’ business by employing creativity, technology, and experience.
Ronnie is a longtime member of the Direct Marketing Association, the Florida Direct Marketing Association, the American Resort Development Association, the Mailing Fulfillment Service Association, the Postal Customer Council and the Coral Springs Economic Development Board. He recently established the Centered Heart Foundation (CHF) out of a lifelong passion to help children navigate through life altering challenges to facilitate their path to purpose and achievement. His passion for helping children grows daily with the creation of CHF, as well as his involvement in several children-oriented charities including Voices for Children, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and the March of Dimes. Ronnie also serves as a Board member of EQuip our Kids, an organization that promotes emotional and social learning in young people throughout the country.
Nicole Miller, COO/CTO
In her five years with Nordis, Nicole Miller has served as vice president of client services, product management, chief operating officer and currently oversees both operations and technology. She is drawing on her expertise in operations, strategy, technology and product management to ensure the right processes, technology and people are in place to support Nordis’ fast growth, continued excellence in customer experience and operating improvements.
Previously, Nicole was the chief operating officer for an artificial intelligence technology start-up specializing in employee engagement. She also served as general manager of strategy and growth for healthcare firm Zoom+Care and as vice-president of product management for patient financing firm CarePayment, a Nordis client.
She was director of product commercialization and product management for Experian Healthcare, where she became an expert in healthcare compliance issues. As vice president of operations for SOE Software, Nicole managed client services, education services and product development. In executive positions at WebMD, Sage, and RelayHealth Corporation, she built strong teams, processes and products to support the businesses and provide leading-edge product and service capabilities.
Richard O’Rourke, SVP, Sales & Client Relations
Rich leads the sales and client relations teams and is responsible for revenue growth and client retention. He’s been integral to the company’s fast growth, doubling sales since taking over the team in 2010, and playing a key role in developing new products including ExpressoPay, ExpressoVote and ExpressoArchive.
An expert in communications management, financial engagement, production execution and cost optimization, Rich uses his experience to assist customers dramatically improve their communications and payments operations and achieve key objectives.
Before joining Nordis as a sales executive in 1999, Rich managed production operations for Postal Center International in Ft. Lauderdale, where he also held positions in data processing, customer service and sales. He is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, the Community Associations Institute and the American Resort Development Association.
Mike Rosini, VP, Operations
Mike oversees production operations, warehouse facility and data processing. He is a 25-year direct-mail industry veteran whose focus on streamlining production has helped the company and its clients reduce cost while increasing efficiency and output.
Prior to joining the company in 2009, Mike already had an impressive track record managing production operations, data processing, and client services departments for Access Direct Systems, Inc.; Antares-ITI; and Design Distributors, Inc.
Mike is a member of the Mailing Fulfillment Service Association and the Postal Customer Council.
Bryan Ten Broek, VP, Business Development
In his role leading business development and marketing, Bryan has been instrumental in accelerating Nordis’ growth. Since joining the company in 2016, he has assisted in expanding its market position in financial services, healthcare, and utilities, while extending the company’s leadership in hospitality.
Prior to joining Nordis, Bryan spent more than 20 years at Interval International, most recently as Interval’s senior vice president of resort sales and marketing. He oversaw the corporate marketing, business development and creative services departments and directed the sales and service teams that managed client relationships.
Bryan is a member of the American Resort Development Association, Healthcare Financial Management Association and ACA International.
Wendy Poe, VP, Client Success
Wendy Poe, a hospitality veteran, is the company’s vice president of client success. She is focused on ensuring that Nordis delivers an excellent customer experience. Wendy works with Nordis’ client services managers to manage client programs and scale service to meet the company’s rapid growth.
Prior to joining Nordis, Wendy helped B2B companies with strategic customer assessments, journey mapping and process improvements through her own consulting firm and North Highland Worldwide Consulting. Previously, Wendy spent 15 years with Bluegreen Vacations as chief customer officer, senior vice president of club services and senior vice president of marketing, creating memorable experiences for more than 250,000 club members that led to unprecedented levels of satisfaction, revenue growth and product utilization. She also has held sales and marketing positions for Private Residence Clubs for Club Corporation of America, Franz Klammer Lodge and Star Resorts.
Wendy has a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, a methodology for improving businesses processes and customer satisfaction.
A multiple winner of ARDY Gold Awards from the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), Wendy chaired ARDA’s Reputation Management Committee for seven years and served as a board director for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation for Palm Beach County, Florida.
Huntley McNabb, VP, Marketing
Huntley joined the company in 2022 to lead all marketing efforts, including branding, communications and demand generation. With a successful track record in multiple industries including technology, financial services, travel and healthcare, he is focused on increasing awareness and preference for Nordis Technologies’ expanding suite of solutions.
Previously, Huntley was chief marketing officer for Professional Credit, an accounts receivable management firm. He also was marketing vice president for patient financing company CarePayment. Earlier in his career, Huntley held marketing leadership positions for MedSynergies, now revenue cycle leader Optum360, as well as hospitality and travel technology providers Pegasus Solutions and Sabre.
Steven Dubner, VP, Product Management
Steve leads product development and delivery, focusing on enhancing current communications and payments technology solutions and developing new offerings to improve client efficiency and effectiveness.
Previously, Steve led digital payment solutions as vice president of payment products for Payrailz , acquired by Jack Henry, an S&P 500 financial technology company. He also served as senior director of product management and development for EverView formerly OSG, responsible for all B2C digital products and services.
Steve is a member of NACHA. He has served the Boy Scouts of America as an assistant scoutmaster since 2010. Steve’s two sons are both BSA Eagle Scouts.
Lee Selinger, Sr. Director of Product Operations
Lee Selinger has been an integral part of Nordis’ rapid growth for over 28 years, with expertise in production operations, data operations, implementation, IT support and graphic arts. He currently serves as Sr. Director of Product Operations leading product support, operations, ExpressoPay and case management. As a product expert, Lee has played a critical role as internal support as well as client support, managing all aspects of communications and payments operations.
Lee’s experience with technology and the print/mail industry has enhanced every department within the organization. He also earned a Six Sigma certification, mastering the techniques and tools for process improvement.
Melissa Maloul, Sr. Director of People Operations & Culture
Melissa Maloul is our people person who was recently promoted from HR Director to revamp the world of Human Resources and bring forward thinking employee engagement and effective mindful management front and center. Aside from focusing on, legal compliance, work ethic, training, benefits, the organizational structure of the employees and recruiting, much of her time is spent strategizing new ways to manage stress, stay connected to the employees, create new ways to motivate and make sure everyone feel appreciated. She uses different techniques and resources to understand the purpose and values of each individual to help encourage career paths that bring out the best in each employee which also benefit the organization as a whole.
For the last five years she has created a culture shift that really has made working for Nordis Technologies a whole new experience loaded with recognition awards, team building contests, celebrations, stress management meditation and a toolbox full of books and resources as well as financial wellness workshops. Melissa is also a Certified Life Coach though the Integrative Wellness Academy which is very helpful for anyone struggling in life whether personal or work related. Her goal is for our employees to feel supported and cared for as individuals and appreciated and valued as employees. Our Nordis family might be growing, but we must remain connected to be successful.
Jane Ricketts, Sr. Director – Client Success, Quality & Support
Jane has been on staff with Nordis for over 18 years, supporting and servicing clients with their various communication projects and programs, both inside and outside of the Expresso platform. She commenced as a traditional print/mail Account Manager just as Nordis began to build its Expresso customer communications management software, which has since transformed communications administration for so many clients. And now, as Sr. Director, Quality, Service and Support with Nordis’ Client Success team, she leads Client Success, ExpressoVote, and Client Success Support teams.
Using her extensive experience gained in various service industries, as well as critical troubleshooting skills and process improvement training, she is a trusted advocate and advisor for both Client Success team members and clients alike. She is also an important liaison with Nordis’ Sales, Production and Solutions teams, ensuring that strict quality assurance procedures are followed – and that our clients receive First-Class service always.
