Ronnie Selinger, President/CEO
Ronnie is a passionate entrepreneur and leader of Nordis Technologies. His focus on clients and ability to identify and deliver opportunities for dramatically improving customer communications and payments management has been instrumental in driving rapid growth at the company.
Today’s company grew out of Ronnie’s first entrepreneurial venture more than 30 years ago, when he created a fundraising organization that delivered more than $50 million to schools and youth groups throughout America. He later sold the fundraising arm to specialize in marketing, direct marketing, and lettershop services.
Ronnie’s drive to improve internal productivity and efficiency led to the development of Expresso, a cloud-based technology platform used to create, manage and fulfill print/mail and digital communications. Its immediate and profound impact on the business led to making Expresso available directly to Nordis clients to manage their increasingly complex customer communication work flows. Since launching in 2007, Expresso has transformed how Nordis does business while expanding to include payments and election services solutions.
Ronnie is closely involved in the company’s day-to-day operations and business development. He remains committed to his business philosophy: build long-term relationships, provide exceptional service and become an extension of his clients’ business by employing creativity, technology, and experience.
Ronnie is a longtime member of the Direct Marketing Association, the Florida Direct Marketing Association, the American Resort Development Association, the Mailing Fulfillment Service Association, the Postal Customer Council and the Coral Springs Economic Development Board. He recently established the Centered Heart Foundation (CHF) out of a lifelong passion to help children navigate through life altering challenges to facilitate their path to purpose and achievement. His passion for helping children grows daily with the creation of CHF, as well as his involvement in several children-oriented charities including Voices for Children, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and the March of Dimes. Ronnie also serves as a Board member of EQuip our Kids, an organization that promotes emotional and social learning in young people throughout the country.
Charles Grau, CIO
Charles directs development of the company’s innovative technology solutions, including Expresso®, its flagship cloud-based customer communications management platform. He also manages Nordis’ information technology infrastructure, support services, and IT and physical security. He draws on extensive experience in research, development and rollout of advanced systems and solutions to meet client business objectives and confer competitive advantage.
Before joining Nordis, Charles served as CIO for Universal Data Technology for five years. Previously, he was vice president of IT for AeroTurbine and held CIO-level positions at another aerospace firm and a roofing company. He started his career in technology consulting and outsourcing, including for EDS.
Charles has a bachelor and Master of Science in information technology from American Intercontinental University and Master in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School for Business. Charles sits on client advisory boards for Lenovo and Stellar. He is president and a trustee of the CIO Council of South Florida as well as a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). In 2018, he was named a top CIO by South Florida Business Journal.
Richard O’Rourke, SVP, Sales & Client Relations
Rich leads the sales and client relations teams and is responsible for revenue growth and client retention. He’s been integral to the company’s fast growth, doubling sales since taking over the team in 2010, and playing a key role in developing new products including ExpressoPay, ExpressoVote and ExpressoArchive.
An expert in communications management, financial engagement, production execution and cost optimization, Rich uses his experience to assist customers dramatically improve their communications and payments operations and achieve key objectives.
Before joining Nordis as a sales executive in 1999, Rich managed production operations for Postal Center International in Ft. Lauderdale, where he also held positions in data processing, customer service and sales. He is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, the Community Associations Institute and the American Resort Development Association.
Bryan Ten Broek, VP, Business Development
In his role leading business development and marketing, Bryan has been instrumental in accelerating Nordis’ growth. Since joining the company in 2016, he has assisted in expanding its market position in financial services, healthcare, and utilities, while extending the company’s leadership in hospitality.
Prior to joining Nordis, Bryan spent more than 20 years at Interval International, most recently as Interval’s senior vice president of resort sales and marketing. He oversaw the corporate marketing, business development and creative services departments and directed the sales and service teams that managed client relationships.
Bryan graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in political science and a minor in business institutions. He is a member of the American Resort Development Association, Healthcare Financial Management Association and ACA International.
Mike Rosini, VP, Operations
Mike oversees production operations, warehouse facility and data processing. He is a 25-year direct-mail industry veteran whose focus on streamlining production has helped the company and its clients reduce cost while increasing efficiency and output.
Prior to joining the company in 2009, Mike already had an impressive track record managing production operations, data processing, and client services departments for Access Direct Systems, Inc.; Antares-ITI; and Design Distributors, Inc.
Mike earned a bachelor of science in marketing, with a minor in management, from Colorado State University. He is a member of the Mailing Fulfillment Service Association and the Postal Customer Council.
Lesster Maspoch, VP, Application Development
Lesster oversees development of Nordis’ Expresso customer communications management software suite. He directs everything that is coding-related, managing the database that flows within and all the utility applications, and ensuring the operational performance of Expresso and its product suite. He establishes policies and procedures, team-based structures and workflows for continually extending Expresso’s capabilities.
Lesster is focused on building the next generation of Expresso, beginning with a new user interface in 2019 for the enterprise platform. Lesster’s team is re-architecting Expresso’s underlying infrastructure for a more powerful and efficient system.
Lesster joined Nordis Technologies in 2015, following leadership roles in software development and engineering in the hospitality/timeshare and financial services industries, focusing on consumer incentives, technology and payments software.
He earned an associate degree in Computer Science from Miami Dade College.
Nicole Miller, VP, Client Services
Nicole Miller joined the company in 2018 to lead client services and product management. Nicole is responsible for the client journey, from new product development, implementation and delivery of technology and production services to ongoing client support and servicing. A former Nordis client, she brings firsthand knowledge of Nordis solutions and more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, technology, revenue cycle management and business operations.
Prior to joining Nordis Technologies, Miller was the chief operating officer for a technology start-up that specialized in developing artificial intelligence for predicting engagement and satisfaction within customer and employee channels. She previously served as vice president for product management at CarePayment, a Nordis client, where she was responsible for overseeing the development of market-leading patient financing solutions.
She also served as director of product commercialization and product management for Experian Healthcare, where she became an expert in healthcare compliance issues. As vice president of operations for SOE Software, Miller managed client services, education services and product development. In executive positions at WebMD, Sage, and RelayHealth Corporation, she built strong teams, processes and products to support the businesses and provide leading-edge product and service capabilities.
Ms. Miller has completed organizational and business development programs at the University of Texas at Arlington and University of Florida as well as the executive leadership program through Pease Strategic Partners in Tampa, FL.
