Nordis in 2020: Bigger and Better in CCM, Payments and Print

CCM Payments and Print in 2020

Building on our momentum from this year of expansion and investment at Nordis, we have more exciting plans to roll out in 2020.

Our focus? Do right by our clients.

We are dedicated to improving our customers’ journeys. So we are making improvements and investments in how we operate our business and interact with clients.

We’ve found there’s a direct line from providing a superior customer experience, driven by our technology products and services that deliver a clear competitive advantage, to fueling our growth.

Some 2020 priorities:

Platform power

We are continuing our migration to Salesforce to help us manage our customer’s journey from the first marketing touchpoint through sales and ongoing client relations and support. Our goal: One definitive record of each customer, in one place, available to everyone in our organization.

In 2020, we’ll transition our financial and enterprise resource planning systems to Salesforce’s FinancialForce. Our plan is to integrate all systems to eliminate data silos, improve business performance, and critically, to continue delivering world-class service.

Doubling down on high-speed inkjet production

Even as our digital business is growing by leaps and bounds, print volume continues to increase as we add new clients. To accommodate demand, we are moving our Las Vegas production operation this coming year to a new Nordis-owned building with twice the capacity of our current Nevada facility.

While we still offer black-and-white laser and color laser printing for customers who need and want those options, most clients appreciate ditching pre-printed shells for the greater efficiency and flexibility of our high-speed, roll-fed inkjet printers. These machines offer dynamic messaging, images, branding, and colors. And talk about fast: When we run two high-speed inkjet printers for 24 hours straight, we can print 3.5 million more pages in a single day.

Streamlining implementation

From the first touchpoint through ongoing service, we will continue to refine the customer journey to reduce friction. In particular, we are looking to streamline implementation processes to make them faster and easier. One strategic priority is to better define our offerings to cater to different types of clients, so everyone gets just what they need and want in terms of features, functionality, pricing and support.

ONE Nordis

I will personally take the lead on effectively communicating and building our strong culture across the organization even as we grow and evolve. We are rolling out more recognition programs, special events, and training this year to ensure that we live our core values of  passion, execution, agility and knowledge.

While we are excited about all that the new year holds, we also want to acknowledge all we’ve collectively accomplished in 2019. We want to thank each and every client for trusting Nordis with your communications, payments and elections for your customers, patients and owners. We also want to thank every partner for your extraordinary work on our clients’ behalf and every Nordis employee for your passion and commitment. It’s a privilege to work with you all.
